  • Is there car parking?
    Yes, free parking is available directly outside the apartment building although spaces are limited and are available on a first come first served basis. The apartment is close to the beach so parking spaces nearby get very busy during the day. There is little need for a car though as the train station is a two minute walk away.
  • How many people does the apartment sleep?
    Four. The apartment has two double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower room. We also have a cot for a baby.
  • Do you have flexible arrival dates?
    During peak and high seasons (June to September) the apartment can be booked on a weekly basis only, with the changeover being Saturday. During mid and low seasons, we have the flexibility to allow you to stay for one night or more. If the property is free on the dates you would like to stay, you are able to make the booking.
  • How is your pricing structured?
    Your stay in the apartment is priced per night/week/month, plus a one-off management fee. This fee covers cleaning at the end of your stay, fresh linen and towels, meeting you at your chosen meeting point, introducing you to the apartment and the area and handing over of keys plus our call-out service. The price charged per night is dependent on the season. Bookings websites may add their own charges.
  • How do I book?
    We welcome bookings through VRBO and Tripadvisor. On booking the apartment you will be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit. This can be paid by debit/credit card or through PayPal. The balance of the payment will then need to be paid 28 days before the beginning of your stay.
  • Do I need to provide a security deposit?
    Yes. The security deposit is GBP 350 and is taken as part of the final payment. This is returned to you (minus any breakages etc) within two weeks after the end of your stay.
  • What time is check in and out?
    Check in time is 3pm. If you arrive early and the apartment is has been fully prepared we can check you in early. If the apartment is not ready we will let you drop your luggage at the apartment and let you know as soon as it is ready. (Please note you must notify the apartment manager if you intend to change your arrival time. If you do not notify the manager of a change of arrival time a 30 euro charge will be removed from your security deposit.) Our check out time is 10.30am. Again, if we do not have an arrival that day or we do not need immediate access to prepare the apartment for the next guest we allow you to check out at your leisure that day.
  • Do you accept pets?
    We are sorry, but no pets are permitted due to possible allergies of future guests. We love animals, but not all of our guests can tolerate sleeping in a space where pets have recently been.
  • Is smoking allowed in the apartment?
    No. This is a non-smoking apartment. Please respect this and only smoke outside of the whole apartment building (not even on the balcony). If smoking is detected at the apartment it will result in an addition charge for cleaning of 100 euros, to be deducted from your security deposit.
  • How accessible is the apartment?
    The apartment is on the second floor (in the European sense) of the building. The main entrance is on the first floor so you have one floor to ascend, accessible by stairs or lift. The apartment does not have step-free access.
  • What is the nearest airport and train station?
    The nearest airport is Nice Côte d’Azur. It is a 30 minute cab ride from the apartment. The nearest train station is Villefranche-sur-Mer, which is a two minute walk from the apartment.
